ATTENTION CLARIS PROGRAMMERS
I have only one major complaint about Filemaker Pro
and that is you cannot rotate/wrap text.
The CD inlays supplied with MLP are acceptable, but would be better with text rotated on the CD spine. I know Filemaker is not a DTP package, but layouts would
be greatly improved if this feature
was to be included.
Perhaps someone at Claris will read this and ask the programmers to provide this option. After all, the routine must exist as the latest version of Claris Works (art package) has this option.

< QUICK TIPS >
1. If you are experiencing on-screen text alignment problems with MLP, please ensure you are using
the standard Helvetica font. MLP was designed using this typeface. The Windows95 version
uses the font Arial.
2. Should you get
stuck in MLP, press and hold down the
and (aka
Command
) and then press
the
key (not numeric key) and this help file will load to assist you. Incidentally, this works in
all of MLP
s files...
3. Always quit MLP from the
Main Menu
screen. This helps avoid any possibility of corrupting data.
4. If you want to use the CASSETTE, DAT, and Hi-8 logo
s in the demo records supplied with MLP,

and update the text to reflect the recordings correct details.
